I took my 2015 Nissan Versa Note here to have my exhaust repaired, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto shop. Less than two months after the repair, my exhaust completely detached while I was driving on the highway. When I had another mechanic inspect the work, I was told that the previous repair was "questionable at best." After the exhaust failed, I called multiple times and left several voicemails, but never received a single return call. The complete lack of customer service was extremely frustrating. My experience with the staff was also disappointing. When I dropped off my vehicle, I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed someone was having a bad day. However, when I picked up my car, I encountered the same dismissive and disrespectful attitude from another employee. Because of how I was treated, I had little confidence that the shop would stand behind its work when the repair failed. Unfortunately, their lack of response confirmed that concern. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and poor customer service. Save yourself th

Simply the best. New muffler install, oil change, front and rear differential service, and transmission service - all done today for under $400. Provided my own parts/fluids, 2010 Chevy Colorado.
